PROPER CARE OF YOUR SHOES WILL ENSURE THAT THEY WILL LAST LONGER THAN YOU. YOU CAN FOLLOW THESE BASIC GUIDELINES.

Avoid wetting your shoes. Do not wear them in the rain during the first few times.

If your shoes do get wet, allow them to dry at room temperature and away from direct heat (I.e.radiators). You can use a newspaper that will help absorb the moisture and maintain the shape of the shoes as they dry out.

A shoe horn can be used to prevent damage to your shoes.

Prefer high-quality shoe care accessories that are available on the market and not that expensive.

You should polish your leather shoes with a good quality wax. The wax protects the leather and maintains the appearance. You should clean the dirt off with a dry cloth before applying the wax.

Do not use liquid polish applicators on the uppers of your shoe as they can damage the surface and the texture of the leather.

In case of suede leather uppers, you can use suede protector sprays in order to protect your shoes against water damage and other stains.

Waxed finished leather uppers should be treated with waxed leather cream and not with coloured wax.
